The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) is the highest administrative organism interpreting the immigration laws.  If the Immigration Judge ordered your removal (deportation) you have the right to appeal before the BIA within 30 days of the decision.  We are available to work on your appeal in an expedited manner.
