There are several types of waivers that apply both to certain applications before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and the immigration court, to waive unlawful presence or to prevent removal due to criminal convictions.  Cancellation of Removal is another relief for people placed in removal proceedings (immigration court).  We have experience in both waivers and cancellation of removal.
