Many non-detained people are placed in removal (deportation) proceedings for different reasons.  These cases are heard by a Judge in Immigration Court.  Appearing at your immigration hearing is compulsory, and not attending your hearing most probably would result in you getting a deportation order in absentia.  Representation by an attorney in immigration court is highly recommended.  We offer representation in immigration court.
