Attorney Lina M. Restrepo has been helping the immigrant community in Central Florida since 2008. At her office, she listens with care and compassion to every single story in order to evaluate each individual’s eligibility for relief under current immigration laws. A Naturalized American citizen herself, Attorney Restrepo understands the immigrant’s journey to achieve the American dream.

Attorney Restrepo has been giving back to her community since graduating from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s College of Law. She helped transform lives while working at the Refugee and Resettlement Program for Catholic Charities of Central Florida; and helped keep families together while working at the non-profit organization Florida Justice for Our Neighbors. As an independent Attorney, she has dedicated herself to providing comprehensive legal services to those going through any type of proceeding with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). Attorney Restrepo will use her knowledge and experience to guide you through your unique immigration journey.

Attorney Restrepo has lived in Central Florida since 1991, has attended all local schools, and is happily married with five children.
